First Dates to me have been over rated I feel like they become to much of an interview. I don't have much thought on first dates. I wouldn't say you need to spend a lot of money to impress me. I really am just looking to see who you are.

Honestly, if i was to pick a place for a first meet, i would want a place where we both can feel comfortable. So I would choose something simple for starters, like Ice cream (ColdStone!) and Coffee (open)

For me a first meeting determines if there will be a first date. We will meet somewhere public, for brunch, lunch, dinner, a drink, or an ice cream cone! Someplace we can sit outside if its warm out. .
After the first meeitng, it will be up to you to call for the next step. I'm old fashioned that way. The first date would still be someplace public, but the rest is for you to suggest, keeping in mind you have carefully reviewed my profile, and have taken in account of what I might enjoy. Please don't expect kissing or physical contact at this first meeting, or until there has been time for a meaningful friendship to develop.
